    Interesting question... I have natural multi-media background. Water Colors, Oils, Actyllics and Pastels mainly. I have some of my artwork in the visual gallery on my site. I also spent some time with theatre/stage prop design, residential and commercial decor, including mural paintings...

    SOunds like you may need a Script to do that job fully, but to get a single xmp file per image simply go to the 'Advanced' option and hit the 'Save' command, though the only option given is to save as an .xmp file, but all it really is is .xml content, so rename the extension to an .xml file and...

    try File/Automate/Create Droplet Similar to the Batch option, except this creates an executable in which you drag and drop your images folder onto it, your action is perfomed in that folder. heathrowe

    Do not open it in Photoshop. Have ImageReady open, then File/Open, browse to the location of the saved gif file. Make sure your animation window is open. Once opened IN IMAGEREADY, you should see the two frames as well as the two layers.... Then you can Jump to Photoshop to your hearst...

    add another Color Fill Layer - just below the two frame layers - course that color whould have to be a dark one, for contrast - like in my example above, I added the dark green - then deleted the stray pixels make sure you zoom back to normal size heathrowe

    sweet delete around the oarameters - meaning, that the problematic halo appears to be all white pixels and the nearest neighbouring pixels is the black stroke around both frames - so you want to protect the black area (parameter or edge). As in my above include, I went with the Zoom in...
