    keyboard arrows make pallettes disappear and rea appear how do i stop it.

    wow. thanks heaps.. could not see the arrow keys, but make me aways that there are external things that may also effect photoshop. maybee some filter or photoshop app has installed that but will keep lookings. as I say it only happens intermitant with photoshop. regards, and thanks again.

    OMG.... the space bar /move tool has just strated working again. hallelugh.. I am back in full swing... Cant explain it.. but as I had installed that White WinodWorkaround plug in in a few plug in folder and restated photoshop over a dozen times, each time resetting and deleting the preferences...

(well didi ages ago, but when i upgraded to High Sierra it no longer worked and un installed it all) Downloaded that White Window Workaround, and tried in in all the plug in folders i have, including an external plug in flder. never showed up...

    Hi, yes I tried that. deleted the prefrences, but still the space key does not tem change from thebrush tool to the move/hand tool... holding the space key has no effect at all. the brush tool stays the brush tool th whole time. regards Sandy

    File size too large.

    300 dpi at that size is huge, but unless you are printing to photographic laser printer on photo paper, it mass overkill. 200 DPI is more than enough to any large format inkjet printers, and I owned sever, including a 44" epson, 24" epson etc (lost in the floods) th eproblem is not the file size...

    I did go through their online contact, and for over 2 hours kept on getting messages that said there would be a support person contact me soon... 2 hours... (I was retouching photos inthe meantime)... gave up... my problem is that I am almost deaf, and using a phne live is more of a shouting...

    trivia persuit.. If you photoshop stops working (subs run out, corrupted etc) you can often open a .psd file by drag-n-drop it onto iPhoto or Photos (apple Programs) it will (if not corrupted) open them as a Flattened (single layer) image.. you may loose all thelayers, but will have the images...

    what ever the size of the page you are going to print to, sa A4. make a blank document at a resolution, from 300 dpi to 800 dpi. and put white (or even gray) 14mm circles. (I would put a temp solid colour background, say pink or blue or lightgray. so that you can see where they are) align them...

    sounds more like a job for InDesign... 14mm is not big. but you can define a circle's side. does it have a border. inside or outside the 14mm.? pixelation depends on your starting resolution..? 300 dpi or higher, and mainly depends on just how small the elemenst are to be with in that circle...

    Are you copying the selected area to a new layer. "command J"..? if selectinag and working on the same layer as main image, there will be line where the image is stretched/distorted from. and they will often be in the same colour as the set "background color" (in colour selector). as per below...

    here is my quick attempt... but if done multipl etimes can eliminate it completely... regards (not brining down the top line of the froma compresses the width of the matt. hence doing it one for the top of the frame, and then for the matt is my suggestion.)
