    you have to clean uo the inside of the font with brush or clone stamp tool and go with the result to https://www.whatfontis.com/ where you can choose to view only the free fonts and then you get a list with all similar fonts

    I would suggest to split the 3000 images into 100 x 30 images and stitch the result together

    ok you can do that with an action i made an action for you to try , but maybe it does not work because I have another language on my PS you have to start with selecting the top layer of an image with 36 layers (1152 x 2048) and run the action...

    is this what you want ? you can make page 1 into smart object and also make page 2 into smart object then change perspective and mask out the part that has to stay unvissible if you want to change the text just double click the Smart Oject and edit and save
