    Cleaning in photoshop

    Hi I have some old archive fabric hangers i'm scanning and cleaning. Does anyone have any idea on how i could do this. essentially i need solid colour and lines. I've tried doing some of the noise filters but i'm not having much luck, here is a screen shot of a section of the image

    Colour replacement tool

    Is there a way to replace colour and luminosity at the same time with the colour replacement brush? I'm replacing black with an orange. At the moment I'm using the colour replacement tool to change the luminosity first, then going over again with the colour. Thanks

    HARD EDGE BRUSH

    Is it possible to make a hard edge brush in photoshop? I have my brush set to 100% hardness but it still has a soft edge. I'd like a brush the only paints in 1 colour no extra 'soft' pixels
