    Drawing circle: issue with shape definition

    starting from a 300 dpi image, I draw a simle circle shaped path and fill it with foreground color, and then the result is just not clean. The border does not look acceptable. I don't understand what the problem is

    save for web as .jpg

    I was working with this file in .psd and when saving to .jpg, it is significantly degraded (see attachment). The original image was 72 dpi but still, this it looked fine in .psd. What should I do?

    70% opacity file: how do I save for the web

    I am creating a background for a web image that is straightforward: 70% opacity rectangle. It can't be 100% opaque I tried the 'Save for Web' option and saving into a .jpg and .gif format and it's making the image loose this key 70% opacity. What's a way to save this?
