Change bikini colours

Is it possible for the following changes?

Girl on Left: bikini changed to lighter blue
Skin tone made more tanned
Hair dark brown (as other girl)

Girl on Right: bikini changed to white
upper body made slightly longer (ie.taller)

MariaT, here's one attempt. Also straightened horizon, removed hazy blob from horizon (dirt on camera lens?), removed person from water, punched up the saturation and contrast.

Hard one, that white bikini is not easy to do and look realistic being on backlight and with no textures.
