I am redesigning my website and I want to make the borders of my HTML tables have a chrome effect. I can make a fixed sized border that looks like I want, however I need it to be seemlessly repeatable so that it can stretch out as far as it needs to without loosing the chrome effect.
For example, I need the image for the left and right side to be 1px high so that I can have it repeat vertically as many times as needed to be the lenght of the table. I need the top and bottom image to be 1px wide and have it repeat horizontally the width of the table.
The closest thing I have found is the border around the tables on www . fryingpantower . com. However, I would like the effect to have more "shine" to it on my site.
Does anyone have any suggestions for achieving this effect?
