Assume a youtube video played in an internet browser. What is the best way to capture a still image from inside a browser like IE? Does PS CS6 have this ability? What other Adobe product?

well you have print screen option or you can go to start menu and in the search box type snipping and that will give you a tool that lets you drag a box around where you would like to make a still image and then save it as a jpeg or png

See if this helps.

I use Firefox as a browser. There's a add on called "Flash Video Downloader YouTube Downloader 3.8.2", I use this to download YouTube Vid's. I then open them in Photoshop CS6 and edit them in anyway I need including Hi res screenshots or stills. Then do as Steve describes.
