Face Swapping Difficulties

Hi, I'm new here, and I was hoping someone could help me with a a project. I already know how to do a simple face swap, a quick google search helped me with that. As a joke, I put my friend's face onto Hugh Jackman's as Wolverine: imgur: the simple image sharer My other friend wanted one done that would make him look like Nightcrawler. We took a picture of his face: imgur: the simple image sharer and I found a suitable X-2 movie poster featuring nightcrawler. http://images.allmoviephoto.com/2003_X-Men_2/2003_x_men_2_wallpaper_006.jpg

Now, this one proved to be a lot more difficult than the rough Wolverine Manipulation partly because nightcrawler's face is blue, and partly because of the intense lighting used in the poster. I would love to learn how to put my friend's face in place of Nightcrawler's, so any help would be appreciated. If anyone wants to do the manipulation themselves they are more than welcome to also.

Do a google search for Photoshop Tutorial - Changing Head
that'll teach you
inthe mean time, have a ball you can tweak this as far as lighting/shading goes...

Thanks for the help you guys, I appreciate it. Just to clarify though, I'm swapping the face of my friend with the face of Alan Cumming as Nightcrawler from this movie poster:http://images.allmoviephoto.com/2003_X-Men_2/2003_x_men_2_wallpaper_006.jpg , not with wolverine.
