Ok, I have been fooling around with this PSD for a while and I don't know how the heck to do what I want with it. What I would like to do is extend the gradient from the bottom half up to the top of the second colored block (dark grey). Then I want to change the color of the top colored block (black) to the previous dark grey. Please help!

LRG,

Thank you for your help! That isn't exactly how I meant, so I broke out my MSPaint skills and am uploading a picture. :) Sorry for not being clearer. I wanted the light grey gradient to go almost to the top and then that that slightly darker grey replace the black on the very top. Thank you again for your help!

That is perfect! So did you end up creating a new PSD or edit the original one? Any suggestions/tips for the future?

Thanks!
