Help request: Paper fold/crease lines

Hello forum,

I was hoping you'd be able to help.

I'm looking to recreate the crease/fold lines below. I've found various tutorials showing ways to create fold lines using the gradient tools (i.e putting black/white to create fold) and others that use an overlay of crinkled image and making opaque. Neither of these produce effects like the ones attached.

Hopefully somebody can help,

if you require this a lot maybe something like this Auto FX Software : Crease will help
or you may just want a set of custom brushes with all the work already done like this for example Adobe - Photoshop Brushes
but best results will be the slower method you were describing

Thanks for your help.

Primarily I want to recreate the fold lines on the paper where it looks distressed and crumpled along the both horizontal and vertical lines where it looks white.
