Help with creating a shape

Hello everyone, I've got a quick question that will hopefully have an easy answer.

I'm trying to create this symbol in Photoshop, but I'm not sure how to do it.



I had thought about doing a rectangle then trying to distort it, or try a path tool, but neither of these seem to produce the above result. Sorry for the small image, but it's the best I've got.

If anyone has any ideas on how to create this shape, or maybe it's just a special shape I can download somewhere.

Pen tool! Easiest way is to stretch that image then trace over it with the pen tool:



That took about 20 seconds

Oh yeah, if you don't know how to fill it, click on paths (next to the layers and channels windows) then right click the path > fill path.
