How do I upload a picture from computer?

I would like to upload a picture from my computer files. I select the file from browse but do not have a OK button. It is a jpg file.

Right under "Choose File" is "Upload File(s)"

I discovered the upload manager rather than the icon. Tried again. after 5 minutes watching the spinner I gave it up. Will try again when I get a faster hotspot. Thanks for the help.

There's a maximum file size limit of 20MB for jpgs you can upload. If your file size falls short of this and you upload is slow, it may be due to the forum's server. Try again later.

But if your file is huge but within the limits, one can expect a slow upload.

The site was really slow loading again yesterday for some reason, not the first time guys either?

The site has been terrible the past two days! It's even causing my browser to freeze, and it's never done that before.

Once on here today it is a little better, but actually loading from the browser takes ages hangs for ever still?
