Thanks for the link. I found similar watercolor. But i was looking for tutorial,how to make watercolor in photoshop.

Start off by looking here perhaps (I found this just by typing watercolor background Photoshop in to Google - always worth looking!)

I suspect the image was made by either using a premade watercolor background (loads to be found if you look) or by someone using watercolor brushes to create their own. And then using the silhouette of the crab and using a clipping mask to fill it with the watercolor.
