How to convert any dress to leather/latex looking dress?

Hi all, I hope everyone is good. I am new here and i need a little help. Can anyone please tell me how to change any dress to leather/latex looking dress? Thanking in advance

Materials are defined by the manner in which they react to light. Leather/latex would be somewhat reflective, versus a fabric which would absorb light.

yes I agree, but there should be some way we can achieve the goal here from photoshop. there might be the case that it's applicable to some kinda of dress. But I suppose there must be some workaround

You have to add your own highlights and reflections. Photoshop is the perfect tool.
