After Effects How to get the look?

Hi guys,

New in town and looking for a little help. Would anyone be able to tell me how to get this color look http://www.atomicarts.net/case-studies/most-haunted-live-effects/#!view[media]/0/ been playing about for hours and cant really get close to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated ,
