Now in some folders i have about close to 25-30 PSD's , now how do i generate preview images for there psd's ?? I.E. generate preview images without indivisually opening each psd in photoshop ?

So that i get a view like below:

Google is ALWAYS your friend, in other words, Google { view photoshop thumbnails in explorer } or something similar.

OR, if you don't like typing, just click this link: http://bfy.tw/7Czc.

For example, the first hit from that search is:
https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1173662

This hit offers a couple of methods. The other hits from the search offer other methods.

PS - Why do you want to display both a preview and an icon for a file. As far as I can remember nothing else in Windows File Explorer works that way -- you either see an icon, a preview of some size, or a line in a detail listing, but never two representations of each file, which is what you seem to be asking for.

PPS - Or, of course, you could just use Bridge instead of Windows' File Explorer and it will display previews of almost every other type of Adobe file ever made, as well as many other file formats.
