After Effects How to stop an effect

I want to use Hue/Saturation to give a certain part of my video an orange tone, but I only want it for a certain amount of thime, and not fot the rest of the video. How do I make a start and end point for this effect?

Use a keyframe at the start point and another at the stop point of your effect.
