I Almost Got It - A How Did They Do It Ques..

Hey all, Need some help with something real simple. I've almost got this text image looking like the original. I just need some guidance on what else I need to do.
I'm thinking its an issue of which options i need to use for "Save for web & devices" but Im not sure. Any help would be appreciated :cheesygrin:

First image is the image im trying to duplicate:

The one on the right is the original ive saved to my hd and opened in ps. The one on the left is the one I designed. Everytime I save either, they come out looking as they do in PS. How can I get mine to look like the first image?

Describe what your problem is and ask your question?

This is one of several threads you started that seem to go nowhere.
You post questions with no problems and don't answer the replys.
 
Im sorry, I thought I did explain my problem in my first post. I want to know what other elements was used on the 'original' (the one i want to duplicate) to make it stand out more. Because yes, in essence they look the same, they have the same font/color but the original stands out slightly more than the one I created.
Again here they are, 2 of which i created, and the original. if you look closely, 1 stands out more than the 3, and that one is the original. I know its miniscule but to me the original looks crisper, and stands out more. It sort of looks like it has maybe a white outer glow, but im not sure. Need help in coming up with a way to make mine look as crisp and bold as the original. Edit: Also the originals' drop shadow is more 'defined'

#1 is more of a "drawn" shadow, not like a drop shadow made with styles...
so the letters are surrounded by white, added contrast, if you will...
look at "Cash" or the inside of the 0's...
 
I think it can be done with drop shadow but I think smalltrees may be right, maybe it's hand drawn.
I did this with drop shadow, flattened the image and used the bucket tool to put white in the inside areas like the 0 an g.

Im starting to get blurry looking at all these lol. Thanks for all the help and suggestions, I now have an image that i like that seems to stand out just as much as the original i was trying to reproduce. I flattened the image and used outer glow, i played around with the blending options and theres a couple that gave me similar desired results.
Hard Mix
Vivid Light
Linear Light
Linear Dodge (add)
Color Dodge

Even though im not sure what each one does, and they all look the same to me. I went with 'hard mix'. Thanks guys, it looks good, here are the results without using the bucket tool, im going to go back over it with the bucket to make the letters stand out even more.
1st one is the finished image. It has the same type of 'stand out' as the original, 2nd one is the one i originally created.

Ok, I need to admit to being old and start wearing my glasses. :cry:I admit, I couldn't see the difference either. But then when it's pointed out, it's clear.
