I took many pictures of the same scene, dslr moves slightly in every pic.. any Fix?

So basically, Im making it so that there are multiple layers on top of one another, but the camera slightly moves in all of them... is there an automated way in Lightroom or in Photoshop to fix the slight movements and make it so that all the photos are perfectly balanced? [i have adobe master collection]

theres lots of photos that will be made into different layers, but my tripod sucks, and when going through the photos, you can see that the camera wasnt that still... i want them all to be still, together... if that makes sense.
