Is there an authoritative data source for named colors?

My niece wants me to make return-address labels for her in Photoshop. When I asked if she has anything specific in mind, she said that she likes the colors Turquoise and Sea-Foam Green (although not necessarily using them together in the labels). Sounds simple enough, but what, exactly, are the RGB values for those colors? I looked them up on the internet and, as expected, every website gave me a slightly different RGB or Hex definition for those color names.

Is there an authoritative data source for this that is generally recognized as "correct"?

Here's a site which I sometimes refer to but I have to say that there are a few shades of Turquoise and only Sea Green in the list.... http://cloford.com/resources/colours/500col.htm

There's another I came across recently which I recall has a more extensive listing but have lost the link. I have to check my emails for that graphics forum newsletter I got it from..... bear with me.

Thanks. The link you provided is one of the sites I had found myself. It seemed like a good one.
