Hey, im pretty new to photoshop and iv already done a newbie mistake. I have already created my logo on a very small image 700x500. How can I resize the image so it does not loose any pixelation/quality?

You can't resize and maintain quality.

Either create the logo in Adobe Illustrator or if you are going to use Ps, my advice would be to redo it at say 2000x2000px.

I advice you to redo in adobe Illustrator to make it vector, so you don't have a problem resizing it in any size you like! good luck!

Rebuild the Logo from Scratch on a Larger Image. For a Quick Fix? ...Convert the Logo to a Smart Object, Then Resize It. "Smart Objects' are Supposed to be Vector Based? ...But there will still be some Degradation.

converting it to smart object doesnt matter when resizing like that

what smart object does, is work with the original image as base.
so that means if you take a smart object, there is no quality loss when you
first resizing it to 50% and then back to 100%

this has no effect on quality when you try to increase an image size
