Does anyone think the orange field should be smaller?
Thanks peta; just noticed this post. I'll try that.
No reason to thank me, you are doing the job ;-)
I was thinking about sharpening the picture when I saw it but it would take me hours and would not be as good as yours and Fahrenheit's by far, but I hope I will learn too. I use Photoshop only for photo processing, sometimes I do manipulations too, but it takes me a lot of time.
for this I used the pen tool. It is the only way. Otherwise it would take over an hour maybe.
BTW, in case you should miss it, I posted it with the greater white space. WHat do you think?
I am sorry I expressed it wrong, I did not mean smaller, I was thinking narrower, so in original as in Fahrenheit's the thickness of the orange stripe is somewhere around one third of mountain's height, your is above one half. Of course it is just my feeling, I like how you have done the mountain, but I thing the large orange surface suppresses the mountain visually a bit.
We are totally posting around each other. You missed my post asking if the gold field should be smaller which was my inclination. OK, one more change. But I think maybe the extra white space turned out well. we'll see once the stripe is narrower.
Hey, thought I'd trow in my version aswell..
The only thing I changed from Ibclare's image was the tekst and made background transparent, If you happened to like it, give credits to Ibclare, I was just bored and thought to trow an idea in here![]()
I realized that if you are printing this, the fewer colors the better. The sky is currently aqua colored. I just made it whit. If you want a sky back in I'll use the same blue as elsewhere. But I think it looks simpler and cleaner being white.
