Nice one inkpad....

I like the way you tell a story with your manipulations. The lighting is good just maybe a tad too bright on the girls face, and also on her jacket, add more shadowing on the arm.

Good work

I agree with inkz completely. I thought it was my monitor angle, lol! It may be an outer glow on the sparkly dust. Sometimes taking a duplicate of the layer and setting it to soft light or overlay may add details. Not sure that would work here, but maybe just an adjustment.

I like the design and the atmosphere.

Great work! Love the composition. Overall, a bit too dark for me. I also agree with Inkz and Clare on the brightness of the sparkling dust.

Thanks everyone..

Looking at it again after a few things pointed out it did look rather a bright yellow right in the middle of the composition..

I re did it and added some more shading/shadows on the girl and remove some of the glare..

Hope this looks a bit better..

thank you

OH yeh.. made it a little more lighter also.

Thanks everyone..

Sorry for the late reply... getting bogged down with work at the moment...just to quick note to say thankx..

I played around some filters to attempt to give it a painted feeling, just trying out new things, what do you think.

Her's the new one

Looks good inkpad.

With an image like this, Id view it in a dark room. Gives me a better perspective on ambient lighting effects, glows or even hilites.

It's just me but it's either the stardust glow or the girl's face. From my view, the stardust seems to be passing behind the girl.

That or my monitor is driving me nuts.
