This is question for PC builders. I am not new to Photoshop. I am not new to PC building either. I work with rather large multilayer Photoshop files - 100 and more layers, 8 GB and above file sizes. The budget is not the issue (within reason).
I simply need to know the preferred allocation of resources and hardware priorities from point of Photoshop software. What is more crucial for work with such large files:
fast swap file drive? what parameters are the most crucial (read, write, access)?
SSD swap drive? what parameters are the most crucial (read, write, access)?
particular RAID configuration?
a lot of RAM? (16GB, 32GB, 64GB)?

I take it for granted that good motherboard, fast video card and CPU is a must.
