I was challenged by a friends mother to try restore this photo from the early 19 hundreds. It was a mission and I'm still not happy with some final details. Oh well, have a look. Comments are welcome guys.

Really good, i don't see any problems.
P.S. I would leave few damages at sides (like a frame) to remeber that it was old photo.

Like senior said leave some clue as to remake, it's a good tip, nice job.

I think it´s very good, my first reaction though was that the skin on both of them looked a bit too white, and also the baby´s dress, it looks like it was supposed to be a slightly darker color than the lace around the end of the womans sleeve, now they are the same color. Otherwise it´s very good! :) / Vafann

Great work. WOW. My one critique is the baby's face. I think it is too harsh a line around the chin and the eyes are . . . too symmetrical, too focused maybe so they look a little unreal. You have the original so you can tell better, but they look to be slightly lidded and glancing to the left (subject's right). That's my take on it but I could be all washed up too. I'm not a baby photographer.

Thank so much for the comments and suggestions guys. Those babies eyes do look a bit spooky to me now that i think of it. LOL. The babies hair also needs some work. Will work on all that has been mentioned.

Cheers.
