This book is not in the public domain - I am afraid if you want a copy you will either have to buy it (using the links Gedstar has provided) or perhaps borrow it from a library.

The alternative is to use the 3rd link that Gedstar provided which has some excellent resources, use general searches on Google for some specific tutorials or find a dodgy link somewhere on the net which is not only unethical (people deserve to be paid for their work) it is also unlawful and as such is unlikely to be approved of on reputable sites such as this one - additionally that is also the best way to pick up a whole range of undesirables such as viruses, Trojans and malware - just sayin' !
