Photoshop cs6 soft brush

Hello again.
Today my soft brushes in photoshop started to show up with alot of noise in it
i dont know what i pressed or done to make this happen.
when i draw it in photoshop its seems like it got a lot of noise but when save it it looks like normal.
if someone could tell me a solution it would be perfect.

ps. with noise i mean like more pixel-lated like when you add a noise filter to a image

What blending mode is the brush set on?

You do have the brush tool selected and not the pencil don't you?
