Photoshop Printing Problems

Hi,
I hope that somebody can help me. I run Photoshop CS3 and print on a Roland Versacamm VP540 large format printer. I have been using Photoshop for a while now with no problems and been printing with no hassles.
Recently I have been having problems with Photoshop. When I take photos to Photoshop and convert them to sepia and print them they come out with a serious green tint to them. When I convert photos to black & white and print them they come out with a serious purple tint on them. I know that it's not my printer because when I convert the photos using other applications and print them they come out perfect.
I have changed the colour settings on Photoshop to no avail. I have also tried to repair Photoshop in the installation process to no avail. I don't know what else I can do.
Please help.

What do you mean by that?
Did you try resetting your preferences file?

You can reset the preferences file manually:

Start the Photoshop while holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows)
or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS X).

Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your response. If I reset the preference in the manner that you just suggested will I be able to continue as normal?
