Photoshopping Senior Picture (5 minute job?)

Could someone please help me shed just a few pounds off my stomach for my senior yearbook picture? I've attempted it myself, but my Photoshop skills aren't up to par with what i've seen done online. Just a quick 5 minute job on the stomach/chest would be perfect - nothing on the face. This would be an amazing favor for me, it is due tomorrow.
