I want to create a pie chart template like this


Firstly how can I do this? but I also want each colour to be a gradient. For example light yellow to dark yellow in the same zone.

With the rectangular marque tool make 4 squares each on it's own layer. Fill them each with the gradient you want. Arrange into a solid square and combine them on one layer. With the elliptical marque tool, draw a circle and cut them out.

If you have adobe Illustrator there is a pie chart tool there that lets you make 2d and 3d pie charts.
