Please remove the stains on my dress

Hi guys! I'm all new to this and haven't a clue what I'm at. Basically I have no idea how to work photo shop and would really appreciate it if someone could help me!! I had a formal a few weeks ago, and I went and ruined a photo which I really liked by going and spraying perfume on my dress and leaving dark patches. I know its alot to ask but could someone pretty please help me out
