Running CS5.1 on Mac OS 10.11?

Hello ALL,
I am Running an early 2009 Mac G4 . Right now it is operating on OS x 10.8.5. I have a new software I want to install, but will only run on OSX 10.11. If I upgrade , will I loose my ability to use Photoshop CS 5.1? If it is possible to do, is there anything special I need to do before the upgrade ? BTW I am running 36 Gig of memory with dual quad 2.26 Core.
