Good day all,

Searched the database, But didn't find what I wanted......

More or less i want to take a photo i took from my camera (in color) and convert it to selective Hex shades of BLUE

I will be using all the shades of blue found on Facebook.com

I'm doing this for my profile picture. White should also be a shade, and Navy blue i guess would be the darkest...

Should i define all the shades of blue I need?

In laymans.. I want to convert the picture to e "Bluescale" from color to only shades and colours related to blue!

How do i get this done in Facebook.

I would say say convert to black and white and then create a new layer and fill with blue adjusting the layer blending mode to soft light or similar however the black will still be there but then all the other colours will shades of blue without seeing the picture it may be hard to tell what is the best way

Try converting to duotone mde use blue shades

Hue/Saturation adjustment layer w/colorize selected. If that isn't enough of an effect, then use levels and adjust the output levels slider on the blue channel.

Have you tried adding a solid color adjustment layer on top set to navy blue and the layer's blending mode set to color or is that not what you want? And if you want white on one end of the color range, just boost the highlights with one of the adjustment tools first.
