T-shirt design

Morning.

I'm designing a t-shirt for a dragon boat racing team.

I stole the wave painting off the internet, and added the lettering and the boat.

Any thoughts on the overall look? I may end up making it B/W, depending on the printing costs for the shirts, so please keep that in mind.

Feedback and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Agent

You might want to rethink , as most images are copyrighted. So stealing one off the internet and putting it on a tee shirt isn't the best idea IMHO.

Hawkeye,

That's good advice.

In this case, however, I'm not getting paid, the shirts won't be sold, and only about 15 will be printed and given to team members.

So, I'm not too worried about it.

Anyway, these guys stole it way before I did.

Good work on this but I must agree with hawkeye concerning copyright. What you could if your out of images is to look on flickr for creative commons copyright images. There are different copyright levels, many even accept commercial usage.

That's what I do for my blog for example : Trendy High-Tech
