when I type text, text will not show until I finish and do not confirm text and use maquee tool.
and this is same problem with effects and adjustments. I cant reset preferences becouse I make my shortcuts.
and I disable OpenGL

7.5 gig indicates the free space, not the drive size. It appears you have 2 GB of ram, more would be much better, it's also cheap and easy to install.

I have 3gb ram and 512 mb more on graphic card, and more than 900gb of memory

I also have my notebook more than 3 years and this photoshop is installed before half to one year ago, and this is first time to I have a prolblem like this.

PS preferences shows how much ram is available not the total installed ram. Mine is below, I have 12 GB installed, but less is available.

your problem would be that you dont have enough ram and your computer is using your HDD as ram but since you have no more HDD space it cant use it.
if your going to "Buy" photoshop then i think you would think about buying a computer that is faster enough to run it
