Trouble with Shape Properties panel

Hello everyone

I drew a circle with the Shape tool. I need to modify its properties but I cannot find the Properties panel. I tried using tricks I found on the internet like using the Quick Selection tool but it doesn't work. Could you help me out ? I've literally spent hours !

Here's my tool bar... Do you see anything odd ?

Window-Properties
A shape is actually a vector mask and properties is used to edit the mask only for density and feather.
If you want to alter the shape itself, use the Pen Tools to manipulate the path.
