Hello and welcome to PSG. I edited your post because it was impossible to read.
I have a quick question. You say that you have managed to create a vector image of a One Dollar bill, correct? The why wouldn't you use the same process to create vector art for the Fifty Pound note?
I seriously doubt anyone will be able to find a specific tutorial on creating a vector image of the Fifty Pound note. Using standard vector art techniques would be all that you would need. Since you are already familiar with these techniques as you have stated above, then I'm not sure what your asking for. Sorry.
Please elaborate if at all possible.
