What software I need and what fonts are those?

I wanted to do a flyer for a party and I found this image that looks great.
I would like to make a flyer with that back ground and fonts but different text, what software I need for that and what fonts are that? Please help

As for the font, I have seen it around but can't remember the name for it. Here's a good site for free fonts.

yes i recommend photoshop. It is the best image editing software. You can download fonts from free font websites. Just search for free fonts in google.
