Zombify This Guy Request

Ok this guy is a friend of a friend of mine and he already looks half way there but could someone make him look like a zombie? Thanks.

We're getting overrun with requests for us to do this or that edit, that's not what this board is about.

This forum exists so we can help each other improve our Photoshop skills.

I locked several request threads but not yours because you're a contributing member.
I hope reply's here show you how to do the manipulations rather than have others do the manipulations for you.

I made the Obama Zombie partially by following the first steps in the linked tutorial (and then adding on to it, of course). It's pretty simple to follow if you know some of the basics in photoshop already (and if not, google is your friend!)

If you end up not liking that tutorial, there are plenty more on youtube and on a google search!

Here is what I came up with just messing around on my own.

dude that is literally a concrete texture set to multiply and masked to skin only
1 colour balance masked to skin for green
a levels adjustment layer only effecting the colour balance

a red colour balance for eye plus 2 red dots with outer glow

an exposure adjustment layer to darken background

some rip brushes to paint in the exposure adjustment brushes

an extra rip brush to create the cut shirt with bevel and emboss a drop shadow and a stroke with colour red to look like dried blood and that is the whole pic total time spent less than 5 mins, Tutorials followed, None

there is a lot you can do with filter affects in Photo Shop and using masks - I used the plastic wrap option and played with colour adjustment as well.....also used a different filter for the shirt and background - is pretty quick and easy...

Here's my 2 cents, peeling tree bark. Beyond that I used an overlay 50% grey to dodge the eyes. Pretty much the rest was painted at various opacities and blending modes.

i think it wasn´t very difficult to make this guy look like a zombie. i added a bit of blood and cut his ear. i hope you like this one too.
