    Channel Mixer - Ligten mode only affecting highlights

    Hi, I'm trying to add some frost to the green grass and plants in PS using channel mixer with the following settings: But the issue is, it is only affecting the highlights in the image not the midtones etc. I even tried chaning blend modes and settings of CM to no avail.
