Help Fixing a Photo

I'm trying to get the sun spots out of a photo, Is there anyone out there who could hep ? I would really appreciate it as it is a picture my wife and I took on our honeymoon in Hawaii and we wanted to have it blown up and put on the wall in our new home. The file is too big to attach but it is a sunset.
