I think I'm addicted to the Lens Effects by topaz, I can not stop experimenting with it so I created a new logo for mysel, to mess around with it with different ideas (business is slow), Carson is stealing it all :mrgreen: :blush:

it's been awhile but I saw the shape somewhere and redid it to my liking. (wish I could remember where),there were others I liked but never grabbed
 
LOL.... Where is Carson anyway....

Looking good iDad. Can I join you and doodle with eagle?....
 
Hmmmmm.... Eagle has promise... If I can only find the right shaped shield.

Still figuring out your shield. Whether to have the shield tex less the eagle as the primary texture and the eagle as an overlay with a bump map file....

I mean a 3d model Shield... like this one.... Don't laugh at the choice.... I had to test it on something.... lol...

It's a quickly done shield that's why it's rough....
 
It's not a psd. Its a jpg 3d render. But thats the basic shape of the shield . You can use that if you want to toy with the background.... like add the shield you posted with out the eagle.... Cover the entire shield... I can do the rest....

That 3d model can be rotated and posed which ever way you want. I just got smoothen the polygons and joints....
 
OK, I'll send over.... 300px at 1000x 800....

Here's another look..... Like I said, it's a direct render from the Poser model file , saved/exported to PS as a psd with a clipping channel....
