    Yes, F6, but it's called Color Palette, not "Color window", even when you find it in the menu under "Windows" (just to avoid that you confuse people if you call it that way in future posts. ;) ) Double clicking on the foreground color opens indeed the Color Picker window.

    Draw both shapes with the pen tool, fill the left one with orange, fill the right one with the proper pattern (you have to make that one yourself, easy).
