    i used the magnetic lasso tool to go around the edges of the face, to clean it up you can put a mask over the face and use a soft brush to clean up the edges. the original photo was too dark for me to use, so i had to play with the exposure and contrast, as well as the skin tone to make it...

    i uploaded just the screenshot of it lol, and the feathers are a brush, they are pretty high res, i just blurred them myself. mostly because when you have a focal point, things that are not the focal area are generally blurred :) the artifacts i can erase, the feather brush for whatever reason...
