    Well, I would use the measure tool. With it, draw a line so it passes through the eyes or ears at the same point. Then, go to 'image' > rotate canvas > arbitrary and click OK. This will rotate the canvas (your picture) so that the line created by the measure tool is now horizontal...as well as...

    Open the animated gif with Image Ready directly without going through PS. PS will only open a single frame whereas Image Ready will open all the frames.

    Thanks for the comments all... I found the old fashioned font site while attempting to help a fellow member of a video editing message board I visit. They wanted a 'silent movie' style text background for a home movie they were doing. I created a blank background and used the davys wingding...
