Hi again, all.

In my search for everything photoshop, I came across this .... http://www.toolpic.com/ .

It certainly looks almost like Photoshop's interface (at least to me). I tried playing with it and looks good.

Are there limitations to what it can do compared to Photoshop?

Is this legal to use considering it looks like photoshop and exists freely in the internet?

Toolpic is not similar to photoshop but has many features same like photoshop, toolpic is a same copy of pixlr, which many of you know, i am using pixlr form last 5 year, but some one has recenlty lauch a toolpic similar to pixlr, but it has some extra function like many special effect which we can direclty appy on the photos, with out being a pro, next thing i like about toolpic is that it has GIF creator template. And yes it is legal because it is same like pixlr , and from 5 year every one using pixlr, if pixlr is not illegal, then why toolpic
