The color and brightness looks much better in the image on the left.

I did do my version of this with a more 'eye popping' mr Maul and the backdrop i blurred out as to give depth, can't post it as my explanation should suffice, i also agree with Sams comments.
Don't like the font down his side either, blend it into the cloak maybe?
