Help with Effect

Hi guys, so, do any of you know how to make this effect here? I have de music sheet already and I want to make some letters with this same effect, can you help me?

Not impossible, but this image would be difficult to create in Photoshop. I suspect it could be Illustrator. Since I'm not certain what program the image was created in, I suggest you contact the creator of the image in your post and ask them directly. It was created by Ian McKinnell. I find that most artists will be glad to provide you with information when asked.

Seeing as all of the notes are different i would suggest this was made in illustrator and then a lot of adjust paths and arcs created to get to said finish line, and on that note

it's possible to make it in Photoshop with 3D

make a closed path
go to repousse
make opacity front material and back material 0%
make new structure for opacity of the extruson material , open it and paste some music in it and inverse that image
