can someone help me to optimize photo of book page to optimize such that dark characters more darker and background pure white instead of grey
any Photoshop action can be made for this

Open the Layers tool Ctrl+L (Cmd+L on a Mac) and adjust the sliders.

Alternatively, try good old "Brightness/Contrast" under the "Image -> Adjustments" menu.
